Well, that’s it. The end of an era.

What do I mean?

Oh, just that tonight is my last night of living in College Park, Maryland – I’m done with school, my lease is up, and I’ve arranged to be leaving tomorrow, Sunday, at 2:30.

It was a good time I had here – four years really went by quickly. I’m still amazed that some things seem like they happened yesterday and others seem like they were years ago.

There’s some things I won’t miss, I’m sure, but that’s probably true of any place one has been. But the things I will miss far outnumber the things I won’t miss. I know I’ll miss Chipotle.

Most of my friends here are still in school, so I can’t really say “He’s going there, probably never see him again” or “Well, she was cool, later” or anything. But I will miss them and their crazy antics. A lot.

A whole lot.

I mean, friends aren’t the people you call friend, really – it’s how many of those people would call you their friend back. I think that all those people down here who I call friend would return to me the favor.

So long, College Park.
